Nobuo Nakatsu ( Japanese 中 津 信 雄 , Nakatsu Nobuo ) is a former Japanese ski jumper .
With the start of the Four Hills Tournament 1981/82 Nakatsu played his first and only international tournament and thus also his only four World Cup competitions. In the first competition on December 30, 1981, he achieved his first and only World Cup points with 12th place in Oberstdorf , which made him 51st in the overall World Cup ranking at the end of the season.
