Nochud

Nochud or Nochod , also Nechud, Nohud and Nachod, was a Persian measure of measure. Nochud is derived from the term pea .

  • 1 Nochud = 4 Gandum ( gandom , grain of wheat: 0.048 grams ) = 1/24 Miscal / Miskal ( mesghāl ) = 0.192 (or 0.193) grams
  • 24 Nochud = 1 Miskal = 4.608 grams
  • 1 Nochud = 4 Gandum of wheat
