The lymph nodes supraclaviculares are a group of lymph nodes positioned between the clavicle and omohyoid muscle , under the pretracheal layer of cervical fascia are. They take in the lymph from the lower neck, thyroid , esophagus , windpipe , anterior mediastinal lymph nodes, and deep axillary lymph nodes . The drainage occurs through the subclavian trunk and the jugular trunk .
