Noe Zárate (born May 11, 1973 in Guadalajara , Jalisco ) is a retired Mexican football player on the position of defender .
Life
Zárate began his professional career in the 1992/93 season at his hometown club Chivas Guadalajara , where he was under contract for eight years and with whom he won the Mexican championship in the summer of 1997 . His only appearance in the ranks of the Mexican national team was at that time, when he played a half-hour game against the Netherlands (2: 3) on February 24, 1998.
For the 2000/01 season he moved to CF Atlante and then for two years to the Tigres de la UANL , before ending his active career in the 2003/04 season with the second division Correcaminos de la UAT .
