Nokia IPSO

The IPSO operating system used by Nokia in the firewalls offered is a Berkeley Unix derivative. However, it is possible to administer this system without knowledge of a Unix-like operating system, the "Voyager" web interface takes care of this.

The features of IPSO include:

• High availability via VRRP
• Routing protocols such as RIP or OSPF
• Multicast protocols such as IGMP and DVMRP

Check Point 's FireWall-1 is used as the firewall technology .
