Non-technical skills

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In aviation, non-technical skills (NOTECHS) refer to the skills of a person that go beyond simply mastering the technology : the ability to work together , to manage , to correctly assess the situation and to make appropriate decisions .

Even if the term skills is used here, these are cognitively higher-value skills.
