Norbert Staffaneller

Norbert Staffaneller (born June 1, 1941 in Obdachegg, Amering municipality ) is an Austrian AMS employee i. R. and former politician ( FPÖ ). Staffaneller was a member of the National Council from 1999 to 2002 .

education and profession

After elementary school, Staffaneller attended secondary school in Bad St. Leonhard im Lavanttal until 1956 and then learned to be an electrician until 1959 . He then worked as an electrical engineer until 1966 and was active as a traveling salesman from 1966 to 1970. Between 1971 and 1981 he worked as a contract employee and civil servant at the Styrian State Employment Office in the field of job placement and career advice, and from 1970 to 1975 he graduated from the Realgymnasium for working people with the Matura. In addition, from 1975 Staffaneller attended advanced training seminars, management training and management training. In 1977 he passed the service examination for high service at employment offices.

politics

Staffaneller was SPÖ councilor for the city of Deutschlandsberg from 1985 to 1990. However, he subsequently resigned from the SPÖ and switched to the FPÖ. In the FPÖ he held the function of the district party chairman of the FPÖ Deutschlandsberg and was a member of the state party leadership of the FPÖ Styria and deputy regional chairman. He represented the FPÖ from October 29, 1999 to December 19, 2002 in the National Council.

Staffaneller is married and has two daughters.
