The North Harzer Lawn Sports Association (NHRV) was a local football association for the city of Goslar and the surrounding area. The NHRV was founded on April 22nd, 1911 by the clubs FC Viktoria Goslar, Kaufmännischer SC 08 Goslar , FC Harzburg, FC Union Vienenburg and SV Viktoria Oker. Later on, the clubs FC Seesen 1911 , FC Goslaria Goslar and FC Preußen Wiedelah joined the association.

On 2/3 December 1911, the NHRV was accepted into the association as District X - North Harz at the Association Day of the North German Football Association in Hamburg , after the NFV board had already voted for acceptance in July 1911. The Northern Harz district was able to maintain its independence in the NFV until 1922, although the NFV Braunschweig district had already requested its incorporation as a sub-district in the Braunschweig area in 1911.
