Norman Balk

Norman Balk (born January 4, 1894 in Reval , † 1975 ) was a German writer and Scandinavian.

Life

After completing his doctorate, Balk was a scientific official at the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Berlin, later a lecturer and lecturer for the German language at the University of Oslo .

He published on the history of the Scandinavian countries and was editor of the German-Swedish papers .
