history

The musicians met for the first time as part of a project at the end of 2014 in a member's garden house in the canton of Basel-Landschaft . The ambitions quickly grew and they gave the project space and the name Wolfman's Law . The band used the time to find their way around the local music scene. At the same time, songs were written and the band room and headquarters were relocated to Basel. At that time, the singing was the solo of a former band member who separated a good year and a half after the band was founded by mutual agreement.

At the end of 2016, the band reorganized and placed more emphasis on male voices and polyphony. Since then the band has been on the road as North and has four permanent members. In order to determine the new decisions, the formation recorded three demos and published them on Soundcloud in spring 2017. The band has since played at festivals in Basel, such as the Pärkli Jam and the Basel Youth Culture Festival (JKF). Further concerts were in the Sommercasino Basel, Sounds of Basel, in the Grenzwert bar, Monday Blues and in the Singerhaus. At the end of 2017 the band took part in the Prix Walo springboard and won the Small Prix Walo in the band category .
