Northrise University
The Northrise University (NU) is a Christian institution of higher education based in Ndola in Zambia . The university maintains two campus areas , at its main location in Ndola and the second in Solwezi .
The northrise university was founded in 2004 by Doreen and Moffat Zimba. The NU offers courses in theology, information and communication technology, as well as in law, health and social sciences as well as economics. It can Bachelor - and Master's degrees are acquired. The educational sciences area is under construction (2018). Direct and distance learning courses are carried out. Northrise University offers board and lodging to its students.
The NU built since 2007 a 200 hectare farm on the road between Ndola and Kitwe for future agricultural faculty on.
