Norway in Revolt (alternate title: Men of Norway ) is a short documentary that was broadcast as part of the newsreel The March of Time in September 1941. The 19-minute short film was nominated for an Oscar in 1942 .

The episode is about the resistance against National Socialism in Norway . The “Little Norway” training camp will be presented. The film shows illegal radio broadcasts as well as night escorts in which Norwegian resistance fighters protect women from attacks by German soldiers. In addition, acts of sabotage as well as smuggling and escape assistance are shown.

Norway in Revolt was the 20th episode in season eight of The March of Time, and hit theaters in September 1941. Since no original recordings from that time were available, the scenes were recreated. Some refugees from Norway took part in the recordings.
