Nosotek is a German-North Korean joint venture based in Pyongyang in North Korea that develops software for the western market.

Company history

The joint venture was founded in 2008 by Felix Abt and Volker Eloesser, who act as investors and are deputy chairmen of the company's supervisory board.

The company's website has been targeted by hackers on several occasions .
