The notary fees are part of the notary fees . They are the remuneration provided for the individual activities (services) of the notary according to the Court and Notary Fees Act (GNotKG) . In addition to the fees, the notary costs also include expenses and sales tax .

A fee can only be claimed if this is specified in a corresponding fee event.
