The Notarkasse based in Munich and the Länderotarkasse based in Leipzig are support facilities for notaries in the legal form of institutions under public law . The area of responsibility of the notary's office in Munich extends to the territory of Bavaria and the formerly Bavarian Palatinate , the area of responsibility of the state notary in Leipzig extends to the areas of the new federal states. The beginnings of the Adö.R. go back to 1867.
Legal supervision
The notary's office is subject to the legal supervision of the Bavarian Ministry of Justice , the budget and accounting are checked by the Bavarian Supreme Audit Office in accordance with the requirements of the Bavarian Financial Regulation.
