Gameplay
Novem is a classic tactical game for two players. There are two by nine wooden tiles on the playing field in three rows and three columns with the numbers from one to nine. The winner is the one who at the end has the most points on the wooden tile he won. One player controls the columns, the other controls the rows. The players take turns attacking - and it looks like this: The attacker chooses a tile that he would like to have. At the same time, the defender thinks about which tile the attacker will choose. Then the attacker names, for example, the row in which his desired tile is located, the defender names the column he has selected. Now the attacker receives the corresponding tile.
