Novo Holdings A / S is a holding company . It includes the companies Novo Nordisk , Novozymes and NNIT , which together form the Novo Group.
Novo Holdings is owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and is the main shareholder in the three independent companies. Novo Holdings is based in Hellerup in Denmark. Novo Holdings manages the Novo Group's assets, around DKK 300 billion.
