The Noworossijskoje Morskoje parochodstwo shortly Nowoschip ( Russian Новороссийское морское пароходство , English Novoship ) is a Russian shipping company based in Novorossiysk . Since 2007 the majority has been owned by Sovkomflot (SCF).
After privatization in 1992, most of the fleet had to be renewed. Today the company operates 51 ships ( Aframax tankers, product tankers and three bulkers ) with a total displacement of 4.5 million dwt , which sail under the flags of Malta and Liberia.
