Nurmon Jymy is a Finnish volleyball club founded in 1925 from Nurmo , a formerly independent village that was incorporated into Seinäjoki in 2009 . The team rose to the first division in the 2002/2003 season, where they have been able to hold up to this day. In 2006 and 2007, the team was just about to move up to the top division, the Finland Volleyball League . The team's venue is the Nurmon Liikuntahalli , a hall that can seat 1500 spectators. The team's coach is currently Pasi-Pekka Huhtanen and the team captain is Timo Alanen .
