User data rate

The user data rate specifies that part of the total data rate that, after deducting overhead (data that cause header data and footers , e.g. information about the sender , recipient , correction data (usually cyclical redundancy check ), retransmission and other), errors and the like the actual usable capacity of the medium for the actual user data remains.
