OECD iLibrary is the online library of the OECD . It provides access to all OECD studies and statistics.
Inventory and provision
All books and articles are available in full text as PDF documents. With the help of the search functions, individual titles can be researched, browsed online and downloaded. The same applies to the statistics of the OECD. It is possible to sort the data according to individual requirements and to create customized tables and graphics. The online library offers a quotation tool and enables good links through fixed URLs , DOIs and crossref links.
The library's holdings include:
- 8,000 e-books as PDF downloads (all OECD studies since 1998)
- 37 electronic journals with approx.12,000 articles (since 1998)
- 3,300 OECD working papers (since 1983)
- 36 statistical databases with over 5 billion statistics (since 1960)
- 40,000 Excel spreadsheets
Access to the library
Parts of the OECD iLibrary are freely accessible (e.g. all Excel tables, working papers and the factbook), but full access is chargeable. There are over 150 institutions and companies in German-speaking countries with unlimited access. These include a number of universities and public libraries as the Berlin State Library , Bavarian State Library , Saxon State Library and the Goettingen State and University Library . Registered users of these institutions can use the full scope of the OECD iLibrary free of charge.

The OECD iLibrary contains studies and statistics from the entire spectrum of OECD work. Almost all topics are covered that are important for governments and citizens in a globalized world:
