OGLE-2006-BLG-109L b is an exoplanet that orbits the star OGLE-2006-BLG-109L every 1825 days . Due to its high mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .
discovery
Unlike the majority of all exoplanets, this one was discovered using the microlensing method. The planet was discovered by the OGLE project in 2008.
Circulation and mass
The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 2.3 astronomical units and has a mass of approx. 225.7 earth masses or 0.71 Jupiter masses.
