The OIL! Tankstellen GmbH is a German mineral oil company based in Hamburg and operates under the brand name OIL! a network of filling stations with around 330 stations in Germany , Austria , Switzerland and Denmark . In Hungary a further 40 OIL are! Stations operated in the franchise system. OIL! is a company of the trading organization Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG , which also operates other petrol station networks in Great Britain and Moldova . Mabanaft is part of Marquard & Bahls AG .

history

Since 1994 Marquard & Bahls has operated a network of filling stations consisting of various companies. The MIC Oil Trading GmbH with 86 gas stations that MDT stations GmbH with 42 stations that Wilhelm Grönwaldt stations GmbH and Co. KG with 56 distributors and the OIL! Gas stations GmbH . These were established in 2003 and 2004 under the umbrella of OIL! Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG merged and uniformly with the brand OIL! flagged.
