OLL group
The OLL Group ( Oxford-Leipzig-Louvre Group , also OLL Group ) is a group of Attic vase painters of the black-figure style whose works date back to the second quarter of the 6th century BC. To be dated. Other pieces can be dated to a somewhat earlier period and are considered to be of very high quality. In contrast to many other artists who worked at the same time, the vases of the OLL Group were not only made for export. The group got its emergency name from several vases that are kept in Oxford, the Leipzig Collection of Antiquities and the Louvre in Paris .
