ONEtoONE , subtitled “New Marketing Management”, is a monthly marketing trade magazine from the HighText-Verlag Joachim Graf and Daniel Treplin OHG (based in Munich).

The term one-to-one comes from the English usage and should stand for a dialogue-oriented marketing "one-to-one" between the provider and the customer (see also one-to-one marketing ). ONEtoONE topics are the announcement of products and services, the acquisition of new customers and the support after the purchase.

ONEtoONE has been published in print since 1998 and can be obtained by subscription and as a single issue . In addition, ONEtoONE is available for PC and Mac as an ePaper and via an iOS app for iPad and iPhone.

Vera Hermes was the founding editor from 1998 to 2003. The current publisher and editor-in-chief is Joachim Graf. Up to and including 2017, ONEtoONE appeared in ONEtoONE Media GmbH (Hamburg). HighText-Verlag took over with issue 2/2018.

The IVW -checked circulation of the print edition is 12,154 copies per month (IV / 2018), Joachim Graf is responsible for matters of press law and publisher.

The publisher has been cooperating with DDV and OMR since 2019 for a dialogue marketing area and its own dialogue marketing conference at the OMR conference in Hamburg.
