Object contrast
In photography , object contrast is understood to mean the difference between those parts of an object with the least and the strongest reflectivity. The object contrast depends on the material and structure of the object. In contrast, it is independent of the respective illumination or the illumination contrast . The object contrast is measured with an illumination contrast of O, as is the case above all with reproductions.
