Lund Observatory

The observatory is located at the foot of Lund's old water tower, Gamla vattentornet . The 1.4 m CAT telescope is installed on this, which is no longer in its original use.

Due to the elevated position on the water tower, improved seeing is achieved, as this is not affected by turbulence near the ground.
