Fruit specialist is a basic vocational training in Switzerland .

The training lasts three years. The three training locations are a company, a vocational school and inter-company courses .

Organic farming is possible as a focus. With the focus on organic farming, at least 50 percent of the in-company training time must take place in an organic farm.
