Odd Reinsfelt

Odd Reinsfelt (born August 23, 1941 in Bærum ) is a Norwegian local politician of the Høyre party and was mayor of the municipality of Bærum from 1992 to 2011.

As a trained meteorologist , he worked as chief meteorologist at the Norwegian NATO office before starting his political career. In the local elections in 1975 he was elected as a councilor in his native Bærum. Five years later he became deputy mayor alongside Gunnar Gravdahl before being elected first mayor in the 1992 election.
