Odgers Berndtson is one of the world's leading companies for executive search and leadership assessment. It supports companies from all industries, public administrations and non-profit organizations in filling top management positions. Around 1000 people work for Odgers Berndtson at 61 locations in 29 countries around the world. The consultants work in internationally networked industry practices that focus on the industry-specific needs of their clients. With its regional subsidiaries structured in partnership, Odgers Berndtson occupies a special position among executive search companies. history

The roots of the international company Odgers Berndtson go back to 1966, when the Swede Per Berndtson founded the personnel consultancy Berndtson International SA in Brussels. The international executive search company Ray & Berndtson was created through the merger with the American company of Paul Ray .

The German national company, which Ray & Berndtson joined, was founded in 1971 by Theo Gehlen in Frankfurt am Main .

In 1970, the British Graham Odgers opened Odgers International Ltd. in London. After a management buy-in in 1998, led by today's Chairman of the group, Richard Boggis-Rolfe, Odgers International's business expanded massively worldwide.

After the American part of the company around Paul Ray left the group in 2009, the company operates uniformly under the name Odgers Berndtson.

Locations in Germany

In Germany, Odgers Berndtson has been represented in Frankfurt am Main (headquarters) and Munich since 1971 . Odgers Berndtson Germany is owner-managed, employs over 100 people and is managed by the managing directors Daniel Nerlich and Katja Hanns-Terrill.
