Oduponkpehe , better known as Kasoa , is a city near Accra , Ghana ( Africa ). The city belongs to the Central Region and has 69,384 inhabitants (as of 2010). It is the second largest city in the Awutu / Effutu / Senya district after the district capital Winneba . The place has grown massively in the last few decades. In 1970 it had only 863 inhabitants, by 1984 it had grown to 2,597.
