Ohio Northern University

The Ohio Northern University (ONU) is a private, the United Methodist Church affiliated University in Ada (Ohio) and was 1871 by Henry Solomon teaching under the name Ohio Normal University was founded.

The university is attended by around 3,400 students and has over 200 employees.

The university's mascot is a polar bear named Klondike, which is why the center of their site is called tundra . The ONU has the English motto Large enough to challenge, small enough to care and the Latin Ex Diversitate Vires .
