Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) is a company in Papua New Guinea that the copper - and gold - open pit Ok Tedi in the northwestern part of the Western Province operates. The company is named after the Ok Tedi River .

OTML is owned by PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd. (63.4%) and the state of Papua New Guinea (36.6%).

The company's headquarters are located in a building known as the White House in Tabubil . The company employs around 2000 people, 95 percent of them from Papua New Guinea; about a third comes from the region (Western Province).
