Roland Conar (born December 11, 1973 ) is a German kickboxer with Croatian roots. He is thirteen times world champion in kickboxing and holder of the 4th dan in kickboxing.

With 13 world championship titles, he is one of the most successful pointfighting and light contact middleweight fighters in kickboxing.
