Ole Lund Kirkegaard
Ole Lund Kirkegaard (born July 29, 1940 in Aarhus , † March 24, 1979 in Stenderup, East Jutland) was a Danish children's author , illustrator and teacher.
His books, which he illustrated himself, were mostly set against a Danish-rural background and - with a humorous disguise - had the fears and adventures of child protagonists on the subject. These were mostly portrayed as antiheroes .
