Omar Abdillahi Charmarke Cochine (* 1954 ) is a former Djiboutian athlete who specialized in marathon running.

Charmarke won the bronze medal in the marathon at the African Championships in 1982 . 1984 in Los Angeles when his home country took part in the Summer Olympics for the first time , he was a member of the three-person team from Djibouti . He finished 32nd with a time of 2:19:11 h.

The following year he achieved his personal best at the Hiroshima marathon with 2:10:33 h.
