OneCoin

OneCoin is as cryptocurrency marketed financial transfer system that through the company OneCoin Ltd ( Dubai ), and OneLife Network Ltd ( Belize ) hosted block chain . Both companies were founded by Ruja Ignatova and Sebastion Greenwood . OneCoin was considered by several financial institutions and journalists snowballing classified. In addition, BaFin has prohibited the distribution of OneCoin in Germany.

US prosecutors have reported global deposits of approximately US $ 4 billion. Most of the people involved in the operation of OneCoin are in custody or are considered to have gone into hiding.

Ruja Ignatova's brother, Konstantin Ignatov, was arrested in March 2019 and money laundering and fraud charges were brought by a US prosecutor in November 2019 .
