Oneok (English pronunciation like: "One-Oak") is an American pipeline operator founded in 1906 in Oklahoma. The company operates in the midstream business - the long-distance transport and processing of gas products - and maintains a network of more than 61,000 kilometers of pipelines for the transport of gas and natural gas liquids . Oneok operates several processing plants and interim storage facilities in the United States and is a member of the S&P 500 index. In 2005, Oneok took over the pipeline system and processing equipment from Koch Industries .
