OpenNet Initiative
The OpenNet Initiative is a project that aims to monitor and report on government internet filters and online searches . Participating institutions are the Citizen Lab at the Munk Center for International Studies , University of Toronto , the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and the SecDev Group in Ottawa .
