The Plumbohm sacrificial stone is a ground monument and is located on the edge of the forest, 400 m north of the Plumbohm district of the municipality of Göhrde in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony . The location is 7 km (as the crow flies) southwest of Hitzacker in the Elbufer-Drawehn nature park . It is a boulder measuring 5.0 × 2.2 × 3.0 m, which is partly buried in the ground.

Part of the stone has split off, the fracture surfaces are vertical. Deep grooves on the surface show traces of human processing. The rectangular or rounded grooves lead to the breaking edge or run over the back of the stone. Because of the weathering, it cannot be decided whether the three wells are bowls .

In Germany, monoliths in Lower Saxony and Westphalia in particular bear the name sacrificial stone . A prehistoric meaning of these stones, popularly known as "sacrificial stones", is possible, but like most of them is not proven by scientific research.
