Order of the Favorable Clouds
The Order of the Favorable Clouds or Qingyun Order ( Chinese 卿 雲 勳章 , Pinyin Qīng yún xūnzhāng ) is a civil order of the Republic of China .
The order was founded on February 12, 1941 and is awarded in nine classes. It is awarded to civil servants for excellence and to non-civil servants and foreigners who have made a contribution to the country.
The nine religious classes are those listed below.

- October 1980: Pieter Willem Botha , 1st class.
- 2019: Hermann Otto Solms , 8th grade.
