Regulatory measure
In school law, regulatory measures serve the orderly teaching and education work as well as the protection of people and property.
Situation in Germany
In Germany, the regulatory measures are determined by the school laws of the individual federal states .
In contrast to educational measures, which can be carried out promptly by the individual teacher, a committee usually decides on regulatory measures, such as a sub-conference appointed by the teachers' conference, depending on the federal state with the involvement of parent and student representatives and depending on the student concerned having the opportunity to have one Had opinion.
According to current jurisprudence, all regulatory measures, with the exception of expulsion from school, are seen as so-called administrative acts.
