Organizational analysis

The aim of the organizational analysis is to find ways to improve an organization . Due to changes in the market and the resulting changes in the economic framework as well as new corporate strategies and goals, the process and organizational structure must be adapted. The organizational analysis can extend across the entire company or affect individual sub-areas .

The following measures are carried out as part of the organizational analysis:

  • Examination of the process and organizational structure for coherence with the corporate goals
  • Assessment of the core competencies and leadership qualities of the employees
  • Review of the resources used for expediency and efficiency
  • Assessment of the communication and work processes with regard to their stringent and timely implementation
