Orthodox Synagogue (Makó)
The Orthodox Synagogue in Makó , a medium -sized town in Csongrád-Csanád County in southeast Hungary , was built in 1895. The synagogue at Vonhand rabbi tér 3 is a protected cultural monument . It was extensively renovated between 1999 and 2002.
In 1868 onwards there was a split in the Jewish community and the Orthodox community therefore built their own synagogue.
