The Lech local bus is the core of local public transport in the municipality of Lech and is one of 19 transport companies that belong to the Vorarlberg transport association.

The task of the Lech local bus is to increase the mobility of the population and at the same time to calm traffic in the entire local area.

history

Even before the local bus system in Lech, there was a standardization of the existing bus systems, coordination and timetable coordination. In 1997 this system was supplemented by the Lech local bus and equipped with a uniform appearance and new vehicle material. The Lech local bus started on June 28, 1997 with four vehicles on two lines.
