Oscar Lima is an entrepreneur from East Timor .

Lima is the President of the Câmera de Comércio e Indústria de Timor-Leste (CCI-T). Most recently, on October 18, 2018, this office was confirmed for another four years by election with just under 126 of 251 votes.

During the Indonesian occupation he was the owner of Golden Sword Pty Ltd (Surik Mas Pty Ltd), which operates import, export and construction work. He and his wife Lenita (fighting name Iku ) were covertly engaged in the resistance against the occupiers, even if they had connections to the highest levels in Indonesia. In 1992 Oscar Lima was arrested. It was learned that the leader of the FALINTIL guerrilla, Xanana Gusmão , had stayed at his house. Lima's company was closed, his property confiscated, and he was imprisoned for three years. His wife and the children had left East Timor in good time and received asylum in Australia .

On October 23, 2017, Lima was appointed to the East Timor State Council by President Francisco Guterres .
