Osiel Cárdenas Guillén
Osiel Cardenas (born May 18, 1967 in Matamoros ) is a Mexican criminal and former leader of the Gulf cartel .
Osiel Cardenas is the brother of Ezequiel Cárdenas Guillén .
On March 14, 2003, Osiel Cardenas was arrested in an exchange of fire with the Mexican military . He was one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives at the time and had a $ 2 million bounty on him.
