Antonio Ezequiel Cárdenas Guillén alias Tony Tormenta (dt: Tony the thunderstorm ) (born March 5, 1962 - † November 5, 2010 in Matamoros , Mexico ) was an alleged Mexican criminal and, on his death, one of the two leaders of the Gulf cartel . The US Drug Enforcement Administration and the Mexican government had a bounty of $ 2.5 million on him .
