The Adršpach-Weckelsdorf rock town , an East Bohemian landmark
Eastern Bohemia ( Východní Čechy ) denotes the east of Bohemia . The area is not sharply delineated and borders on Moravia to the east and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland to the north . The cities of Hradec Králové and Pardubice are the capitals of the two East Bohemian administrative regions Královéhradecký kraj and Pardubický kraj .
Administrative unit
The political division of the area was formed between 1960 and 1990 by the East Bohemian Region (Východočeský kraj). It also included part of Moravia.
Regional institutions such as the East Bohemian Museum in Hradec Králové or the East Bohemian Gallery in Pardubice have the term in their name.
