The Otter Creek Park is a 11 km² large park in Kentucky at the mouth of Otter Creek River in Ohio , Kentucky from Indiana separates. The park is near Fort Knox . Although the park is outside of the Louisville area, it is operated by the city. The city had received the country in 1947 by the US government in recognition of achievements in World War II .

The park's namesake, Otter Creek, runs along its east side. The park has original forest views. A picturesque curve of the Ohio River can be seen to the north, but better in winter due to the dense forest cover. The area is also a popular destination for mountain bikers and riders.

One of the attractions is Morgan's Cave , a kilometer-long cave with a small stream that emerges in the park. The cave is accessible, but closed all year round to protect the bats and only accessible once or twice a year with a guided tour. During the Civil War , a Captain Morgan is said to have hidden here with his entire regiment.
